Corradino & Papa is honored to support the brave K-9 Unit of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department by donating protective vests to help keep these incredible working dogs safe. These highly trained K-9s play a crucial role in law enforcement, specializing in explosive detection, narcotics patrol, and tracking. Each vest, costing between $5,000 and $6,000, provides life-saving protection for the dogs as they serve on the front lines, ensuring the safety of our communities.
The K-9 Unit consists of talented and dedicated dogs from all over the world, including Holland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Among them are Mia, Demi, and Ellie, who specialize in explosive detection, while Luna, Paco, Dino, Cain, Teo, and Max assist in narcotics patrol. Despite their serious duties, these hardworking dogs all share a love for one thing—playing ball! Each year, when a new K-9 completes training, the team stops by our office to introduce the latest addition. Most recently, Sheriff Adamo and Jamie, who leads the K-9 Unit, visited us with Conan, a skilled German Shepherd. We are proud to contribute to the safety and success of these incredible K-9 officers and look forward to continuing our support for this vital unit.
