NICHOLAS P. SCHROTER

We are pleased to announce Nicholas P. Schroter is now a partner of the firm.
Nicholas P. Schroter, Esq. was born and raised in Hawthorne, New Jersey, where he attended Hawthorne High School. Mr. Schroter continued his education at Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and served as President of the Class of 2008. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Schroter attended Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a member of the Mock Trial Team, participated in the Constitutional Law and Civil Rights Clinic and received a distinction for his pro bono service upon graduation in 2011.
Following graduation, Mr. Schroter served as the judicial clerk to the Honorable Bruno Mongiardo, J.S.C. in the Passaic Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. Thereafter, Mr. Schroter worked at a regional insurance defense firm representing the interests of insurance companies in automobile and workplace negligence actions.
Mr. Schroter is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States District Courts of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Mr. Schroter currently serves as a Trustee for the Passaic County Bar Association and formerly served as the Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division. Mr. Schroter currently lives with his wife, Cara, and his daughters, Emma and Skylar, in Midland Park.
